There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. Each item is made to order and due to the nature of the items, they cannot be accepted as a return, cancelation or exchange.

We typically ship within 7-14 business days. If you need something sooner, message us and we will try to meet your needs. Rush order processing will incur additional fees. If it is something that is a big need, please message us before ordering so that we can make sure that we can help you.
